COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS 

1. Main Prize: There will be one prize winner for the main competition which is to watch the action up close while soaking in a premium HOT SPRING SPAS BEST SEATS IN THE HOUSE ("the prize"). The prize consists of one night stay for two adults at Wyndham Garden Christchurch on Friday, 20 January, 2 x General Admission tickets to Hot Spring Spas T20 Black Clash event on Friday, 20 January 2023 from 6:30pm with complementary food and beverage while you soak.  
2. Consolation Prize: Ten (x 10) consolation prizes will be offered to ten other participants which will include 2 x General Administration tickets to T20 Black Clash at Hagley Oval Christchurch on Friday, 20 January 2023. 
3. Eligibility: This Competition is open only to those over 18 years. The Competition is only open to citizens and/or permanent residents of New Zealand who live in Christchurch. Employees of Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Limited, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Competition. Void where prohibited. 
4. How to Enter: To enter the competition, simply follow HotSpringSpasNZ and tag a friend you'd wish to take on the giveaway social post shared by Hot Spring T20 Black Clash page. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Limited. 
5. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Entrant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Limited as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Competition. 
6. Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected at random by a unique number generator. The Winner will be notified by email within two (2) working days following the draw of the winner. Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Limited shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notifications or alerts. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 2 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner drawn. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Competition is conditioned upon compliance with any and all regional, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AT HOT SPRING SPAS NEW ZEALAND LIMITED’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE COMPETITION, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED. 
7. Rights Granted by You: By entering this Competition, You understand and agree that Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Limited, anyone acting on behalf of Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Limited and Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Limited’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, likeness, image, statements about the Competition, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. By entering this Competition, You represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. If your entry infringes upon the intellectual property right of another, You will be disqualified at the sole discretion of Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Limited. If the content of your entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, You shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Limited from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs or expense, which Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Limited may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party’s right. 
8. The competition will close on Sunday, 16 Jan at 8pm (NZST) and winner will be drawn at random. 
9. The main prize winner will be notified by facebook announcement and messenger. If three reasonable attempts to contact the winner have been made and that winner is still unavailable, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn. The competition prize winner will be published on HOT SPRING SPAS NZ LTD Facebook page and elsewhere at the discretion of HOT SPRING SPAS NZ LTD. 
10. The promoters are DUCO and HOT SPRING SPAS NZ LTD. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash under any circumstances. If for any reason the prizes become unavailable, the promoter may substitute an alternative equivalent prize without notice. The promoters may change, extend, amend or cancel the competition and its terms at any time at their sole discretion. 
11. The competition promoters shall not be liable for any costs, expenses, loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained arising out of or in connection with the competition, the taking or using of a prize, or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Promoters or any of their associated agencies, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 
12. By claiming a prize, the winner consents to DUCO and HOT SPRING SPAS NZ LTD making use of their name(s) and/or photograph(s) for publicity purposes as determined by Promoters (such as via its social media channels). 
13. The promoters assume no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry as a direct or indirect result of a technical problem of any kind of internet malfunction. Entries are deemed to have been received at the time of receipt of transmission into the website database, not the time of transmission by the entrant. 
14. Where goods or services are supplied by third parties, the promoters do not warrant the quality of those goods and/or services or the suitability for your circumstances. 
15. The promoter’s decisions on all matters regarding the competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
16. The main winner and ten consolation winners will be contacted by Monday 17, January 2023 and must accept no later than 24 hours after being contacted.
