Black Clash Deal

These Promotional Terms and Conditions apply to the Hot Spring Spas Black Clash 2026 Deal running from 5 January 2026 to 25 January 2026 inclusive (Promotion Period). The promotion offers up to 25% off set spa and swim spa packages across the Hot Spring® range of spas and swim spas. Savings are calculated off the applicable Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Ltd recommended retail price (RRP) and include GST.

This promotion is available only at participating authorised Hot Spring Spas dealers and retail outlets within New Zealand. Participating locations, eligible models, package availability and discount levels may vary by dealer. Customers should refer to the Hot Spring Spas website or enquire in store for full details and confirmation of participation.

The promotion applies to set packages only. Set packages are fixed and cannot be substituted, altered, exchanged or removed. Discounts are up to 25% and may vary by model and range. The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or previous quotation and is not redeemable for cash or credit. Stock is subject to availability and rain checks are not available.

Set package inclusions are defined by collection as follows. Highlife® Collection set packages include the Highlife® Bluetooth® music system, subwoofer, FreshWater™ Smart Monitoring system, cover cradle and Highlife® steps. Limelight® Collection set packages include the FreshWater™ Salt system, FreshWater™ Smart Monitoring system, cover cradle and polymer steps. Hot Spot® Collection set packages include the FreshWater™ Salt system, cover cradle and polymer steps. Freeflow® Collection set packages include an ozone system, cover valet and steps on all models excluding the Freeflow® Mini, which includes an ozone system and cover valet only.

All prices exclude delivery, installation, electrical works, site preparation and any council or compliance-related costs unless expressly stated otherwise. Installation of a spa or swim spa must comply with NZBC F9 and any additional local authority requirements. Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and standards is the responsibility of the purchaser.

This promotion is valid only during the stated Promotion Period and does not apply outside those dates. Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Ltd reserves the right to amend, withdraw or extend the promotion at any time where permitted by law. Errors and omissions excepted.
