Free Tickets Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this Promotion is Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Limited (“Hot Spring Spas”). This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with DUCO Events or any other party involved in the Black Clash event.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion starts on 5 December 2025 and ends when all 100 General Admission tickets have been allocated to approved entries. Once all tickets are issued, the Promotion closes automatically without further notice.

3. Event Details

a. Tickets issued through this Promotion provide entry to the:
           • Hot Spring Spas T20 Black Clash
           • Saturday, 17 January 2026
           • Bay Oval, Tauranga
           • One-day event only
b. Tickets cannot be transferred to any other event, day, or venue.
c. All attendees must comply with the Black Clash Event Terms & Conditions, including those published at www.blackclash.co.nz.
d. Compliance includes (but is not limited to):
 • Admission rules
 • Dress code
 • Behaviour and conduct requirements
 • Prohibited items
 • Searches on entry
 • Photography restrictions
 • Age category requirements
 • Safety rules
e. Hot Spring Spas is not liable if:
 • An attendee is refused entry
 • An attendee is removed from the venue
 • An attendee breaches event rules
 • The attendee fails to provide valid ID or meet age category requirements
 • Any prohibited item results in confiscation or denied entry

4. Eligibility

a. Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18+ only.
b. Limit of one entry per household, with up to five (5) GA tickets per approved entry.
c. Employees of Hot Spring Spas, its subsidiaries, authorised dealer partners, contractors, and their immediate families are not eligible.
d. Entries from ineligible persons will be void.

5. How to Enter

a. Entrants must submit a clear photo of their spa installed at their property. Eligible products include:
 • Hot Spring Spas
 • Freeflow Spas
 • Endless Pools swim spas
 • Private-label or white-label spas supplied by Hot Spring Spas
b. The entrant must ensure the photograph does not contain:
 • People or children
 • Vehicle licence plates
 • House numbers
 • Valuables
 • Sensitive or private information
c. Entrants must not engage in unsafe behaviour to obtain the photograph.
d. Entrants must have all necessary permissions from property owners, tenants, landlords, or body corporate entities.
e. Required information must be provided at entry.
f. This is not a judged competition—eligible entries receive tickets while available.

6. Verification & Rejection of Entries

a. The Promoter may reject entries that:
 • Do not clearly identify an eligible spa
 • Contain prohibited or inappropriate content
 • Are incomplete or misleading
 • Pose brand, safety, or reputational risk
b. Submission does not guarantee ticket allocation.
c. Approved entrants will be notified by email.
d. Entrants will be advised if the ticket allocation has been exhausted.
e. Hot Spring Spas may crop, edit, or remove metadata (including GPS data) from submitted photographs.

7. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

a. By submitting a photograph, the entrant warrants that:
 • They are the sole copyright owner
 • The image is their original work
 • They have all required permissions
 • No third-party rights are breached
 • They indemnify Hot Spring Spas for any claims arising from use of the image
b. The entrant grants Hot Spring Spas a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, publish, edit, crop, or share the image across marketing channels.
c. The entrant’s name will not be published, but their suburb or region may be referenced.

8. Prize Details

a. A total of 100 General Admission tickets are available.
b. Approved entries may receive up to five (5) tickets while available.
c. Tickets are valid only for the Hot Spring Spas T20 Black Clash on 17 January 2026.
d. Tickets are:
 • Not transferable
 • Not refundable
 • Not redeemable for cash
 • Not valid for resale
e. Hot Spring Spas does not provide:
 • Replacement tickets
 • Ticket reissue
 • Ticket name changes
 • Ticket upgrades
f. Hot Spring Spas is not responsible for:
 • Lost or stolen tickets
 • Unreadable or unscannable barcodes
 • Ticket delivery issues
 • Ticket category disputes (e.g., child vs adult)
g. Access to certain event areas is not guaranteed and may depend on capacity and event staff discretion.

9. Event Cancellations, Postponements & Changes

a. Hot Spring Spas is not responsible for:
 • Event cancellation
 • Postponement
 • Schedule changes
 • Weather impacts
 • Playing condition changes
 • Early completion
b. If the event is cancelled, postponed, or altered, no compensation or replacement tickets will be provided by Hot Spring Spas.
c. Refunds (if applicable) are governed solely by the official Black Clash refund policy, noting that:
 • Free tickets (such as those issued under this Promotion) are not eligible for refunds.

10. Liability

Hot Spring Spas is not liable for:
a. Injury, illness, or harm arising from attendance at the event
b. Removal from the event due to breach of rules
c. Confiscation of prohibited items
d. Damaged, lost, or unreadable tickets
e. Travel, accommodation, food, parking, childcare, or other auxiliary costs
f. Third-party use or distribution of published photographs
g. Any cost, loss, or damage arising from event organiser decisions
h. Any consequence of intoxication or misconduct
i. Failure to comply with event staff directions or New Zealand law

Attendance is at the ticket holder’s own risk.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used only for:
 • Administering the Promotion
 • Validating entries
 • Contacting entrants
 • Issuing tickets
Hot Spring Spas will handle all personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. 

12. General

a. The Promoter may verify eligibility and deny entries.
b. The Promoter may amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if necessary.
c. Submission of an entry constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
d. Image publication is at the sole discretion of the Promoter.

We are giving away 100 General Admission tickets and it is super simple to take part.

How to get your free tickets

1. Take a clean, clear photo of your spa installed at your place.
2. Your spa must be a Hot Spring Spa, Freeflow Spa, Endless Pools swim spa, or a private-label model supplied by Hot Spring Spas.
3. Make sure the spa is easy to recognise in the photo.
4. Send us your photo along with your details.
5. Once your entry is approved, we will email you your free tickets!

Each household can receive up to five tickets, and the promotion will end once all 100 tickets have been claimed.

A few things to keep in mind

• Only New Zealand residents aged 18+ can enter.
• Please make sure there are no people, children, licence plates, house numbers, or sensitive personal details visible in your photo.
• Only send us photos you own and have permission to use.
• You must not do anything unsafe to take your photo—your safety comes first.
• We may crop or edit the image to remove sensitive information or to fit our formats.
• Your name will not be shown, but we may mention your suburb or region alongside the photo.
• Tickets cannot be refunded, transferred, or resold.

By sending us your photo, you allow Hot Spring Spas to use it on our:

• Social media pages
• Website
• Marketing and promotional materials

We love showcasing real homes and real customers, and your photo helps us build a genuine community around Hot Spring owners.

When you will hear from us

If your photo and details meet the requirements and tickets are still available, we will email your tickets shortly after receiving your entry.

If the 100-ticket limit has already been reached, we will let you know.
