At Hot Spring we use exclusive manufacturing techniques to create unrivalled spa pool shells. We can make our shells 2-3x thicker and our seats and footwells wider and deeper than any other brand on the market, to create the most comfortable soak.
Closed cell acrylic: an exclusive Hot Spring innovation
Where other brands use porous open cell acrylic for their shells, we use closed cell acrylic. It’s more difficult and expensive to make, but the investment is worth it. It doesn’t stain or retain bacteria, viruses, oils and body fats, and frequently last 20+ years, even when exposed to the elements.
