Hot Spring Spas Ltd ‘Splash Screen’ Competition Terms and Conditions

ENTRY ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Submission of photos in the Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Ltd ‘Splash Screen Best Dressed Photo Competition’ (“the Competition”) is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).

1.    PROMOTER: The Promoter is Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Ltd.

2.    ELIGIBILITY: The competition is open to anyone who is in attendance of the Hot Spring T20 Black Clash event at Christchurch on Friday, 20 January 2023. Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Ltd reserves the right to verify the validity of all photo entries.

THE PRIZE: The winner can choose a total of two adults to enjoy sitting in a Hot Spring Spa to watch the second innings of the Hot Spring Spas T20 Black Clash Game. Food and beverage will be served. If in the event we cannot contact you, we reserve the right to choose another winner. Prize cannot be exchanged for money.

3. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the competition, simply get dressed in your best fan attire and upload your photo to the Hot Spring Spas ‘Splash Screen’ during first innings. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Limited.

4.    PHOTO REQUIREMENTS: The submitted photo(s) must meet reasonable standards of decency. Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Ltd has the sole discretion to determine whether or not a photo meets these requirements.

5. WINNER SELECTION: The three finalist photos received during first innings will be chosen by representatives from Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Ltd. The photo that gets the most cheer from the crowd during half time activation will win the prize for Hot Spring Spas Best Seats in the House.

5.    PHOTO USAGE: By submitting a photo, the entrant agrees to allow Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Ltd permission to use the image for the purposes of promoting Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Ltd or the Competition, now and into the future, at no cost to Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Ltd. The entrant agrees to allow Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Ltd to use their photo for display on the big screen at the Black Clash event, printed collateral, online, in store and across other marketing mediums, at Hot Spring Spas NZ’s sole discretion and at no cost.

6.    PHOTO TALENT: By submitting the photo, the entrant declares that they have the permission of all individual(s) captured in photo(s) to share and publish their image.

7.    PHOTO COPYRIGHT: In submitting a photo for entry, the entrant declares that they have taken the photo and own and have sole and complete intellectual property rights to the photo. The entrant will indemnify Hot Spring Spas Ltd against any claim, loss or costs incurred by Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Ltd where a third party claims ownership of the rights to a photo. Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Ltd reserves the right to request proof of photo ownership.

8. PERSONAL INFORMATION: The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this competition is governed by the Privacy Laws of New Zealand. Your personal information shall not be provided to any third parties without your prior consent but you do authorise Hot Spring Spas Ltd to be able to contact you with information pertaining to the competition or related promotions. 

9. PRIZE: Finalists will be chosen by representatives from Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Ltd. The photo that gets the most cheer from the crowd will win the prize for Best Seats in the House. You can choose a total of two people to enjoy sitting in a Hot Spring Spa to watch the second innings of the Hot Spring Spas T20 Black Clash Game. Food and beverage will be served. If in the event we cannot contact you, we reserve the right to choose another winner. Prize cannot be exchanged for money.
