Absolutely love our new Monterrey family spa! It was an extremely easy experience to select, purchase and have the spa delivered and set up.

We have had very good experiences with Hot Springs Spa. We have owned the same Hot Springs sovereign spa for 23 years so that is testament to the quality of their product. Recently we got the spa refurbished and it is like a new spa once again, very impressed. The service team are efficient and reliable and all in all its a very pleasurable experience dealing with Hot Springs especially Beatrix and Leo. You wont regret a Hot Springs spa!

After nearly 8 years of almost daily use our spa developed a slight leak. We contacted Hot Spring in Albany and the help in diagnosing the problem and then arranging to collect and repair our spa was faultless. Bea was extreamly helpful and managed the whole issue efficiently and promptly. Hot Springs are not cheap but the value is in the quality of the product and the after sales service, which their competitors just don't match.

We bought our 2nd Hot spring spa to replace our 20 year old model at the Home show last year in Auckland. The sales team were superb and did a great job. Delivery in October as scheduled went well.

However, our spa has been faulty since the start and after multiple site visits to try and fix the issue the matter was taken up by their customer service manager who gratefully advised us today that Hot Springs would be replacing the faulty spa with a new one.

We bought a hot spot propel spa pool and have loved every minute of it. We have tried cheaper versions of spa pools and there is no comparision for comfort, power and jet pressure. We don't even notice the power bill. There is nothing we don't love about it. Kate

A bit more than a year ago the ACE system stopped working. I bought a new cell from Hot Spring Spa and installed it. Unfortunately the problem did not go away. Phil and Bob from Hamilton where very helpful with ideas how to solve the problem.
But nothin would fix it. So eventually the problem landed with Beatrix in Albany. She approached it very methodically and professional. And then found out that the replacement cell was faulty from beginning. Beatrix replaced the ACE cell under warranty no worries. Now the spa is again working like it spose to do. Many thanks to all for helping to solve the problem.
