We bought our spa online and the whole experience from start to finish was exceptional. Lee made the ordering process smooth and easy, answering all our questions and keeping us informed along the way. When it came time for installation, Davey was professional, friendly, and did a great job. It's rare to get this level of service anywhere these days, let alone when purchasing remotely. Really impressed — would highly recommend to anyone.

I had an issue with my Spa not working due to be newly connected incorrectly. While an on site attendance was booked immediately Hot Spring ( James) provided advice with detailed instructions that meant this problem could be rectified without a site visit. James was lightening quick with his responses, exceptionally clear and precise with his instructions which led to a great outcome. Top marks to James as the easiest route was booking a site visit and moving on, service at this level is rare these days and if its not obvious I am very very happy thanks Hot Spring and James.

Had a slight leaking issue from spent gaskets, and I didn’t change them as quickly as I should have….spa completely died, and I thought I had let water get in and wreck everything! James explained that was unlikely, and sent me home to do a few tests. Seems it was a faulty power issue from the house…all now fixed and going. Very happy customer and great service from Brendon and James…awesome guys.

Two wonderful men, so professional & dedicated to getting job done, very polite when certain lady customer keeps firing questions at them. I felt very comfortable in the operation of spa prior to them leaving.

James was extremely helpful in response to an issue I had with my spa. He responded promptly and was able to diagnose my issue by reference to photos and advise me how to fix it myself to avoid the need for a call out.
