I have wanted to buy a spa pool for my family to enjoy for years now and late last year I finally bought one from Hot Spring Spa's Albany. Verla there has been super helpful and incredibly knowledgeable, answering every possible question I throw at her when I'm uncertain how to maintain my spa. I have recently had cancer and the spa has helped my recovery to no end. I sit in it everyday and my joint pain especially is so much better for it. I can't recommend them highly enough for their wonderful service. My spa pool is my absolute best friend!!!

We made the best decision to own our new Relay Hot Springs Spa. We have used it every day since purchase. Added bonus, our teen is staying around home more with friends using the spa. Getting the spa into a tricky position went very smoothly, all organised by Hot Springs staff. The staff are super friendly and helpful and on call to answer any queries. Thanks!

We purchased a Freeflow Spa around 8 years ago from the Albany Showroom after meeting Verla. She was so very knowledgeable and gave us so much confidence in the quality of the product. It turned out to be a great decision. That spa saw us survive multiple COVID lockdowns and was so easy to maintain. It cost us very little in power. When we moved house we left the Excusion there and inherited one. It was a cheap spa, noisy, smelly and expensive to run. We missed our Hot Spring. As our kids are now older we decided to treat ourself to a smaller spa from the Highlife Range and went with the Jetsetter LX. We have no regrets. The motor massage is spectacular, we love the Salt System and don’t need shower after a spa anymore. The IQ system is very clever and user friendly. We’re stoked with the upgrade and couldn’t be happier with Hot Spring. In our opinion it’s been worth the investment.

We are thoroughly enjoying our spa! This shout out goes to the staff. Heidi at the Newmarket shop was absolutely amazing to deal with, we can't fault her. The guys that installed it were also great!. And Beatrix at customer service also absolutely amazing and we can't fault her. A great purchasing experience. Our house had challenging access for delivery. Sales staff and delivery team talked us through all the issues in a professional and practical way, resulting in a successful and stress free install! The delivery teams certainly know what they are doing! Sales staff also took calls on their day off to ease our concerns.
