We have had very good experiences with Hot Springs Spa. We have owned the same Hot Springs sovereign spa for 23 years so that is testament to the quality of their product. Recently we got the spa refurbished and it is like a new spa once again, very impressed. The service team are efficient and reliable and all in all its a very pleasurable experience dealing with Hot Springs especially Beatrix and Leo. You wont regret a Hot Springs spa!

Great service from the team @ Hot Springs Spa. James came up with a good cost-effective solution to replace the failed remote and Ryan did a great job rewiring and fitting the new fixed panel. All works well and we are enjoying the spa again. Thx.

We bought a hot spot propel spa pool and have loved every minute of it. We have tried cheaper versions of spa pools and there is no comparision for comfort, power and jet pressure. We don't even notice the power bill. There is nothing we don't love about it. Kate

A bit more than a year ago the ACE system stopped working. I bought a new cell from Hot Spring Spa and installed it. Unfortunately the problem did not go away. Phil and Bob from Hamilton where very helpful with ideas how to solve the problem.
But nothin would fix it. So eventually the problem landed with Beatrix in Albany. She approached it very methodically and professional. And then found out that the replacement cell was faulty from beginning. Beatrix replaced the ACE cell under warranty no worries. Now the spa is again working like it spose to do. Many thanks to all for helping to solve the problem.

After experiencing some problems, I have been so grateful to have Beatrix give her advice and sort out all the difficulties. Beatrix is as good as her word - no empty promises, but she put all our difficulties behind us. We are now enjoying our spa to the max!

We had an issue with our spa back in January and Beatrix helped us to remedy this situation in a timely and helpful manner. If you have any issues with your spa I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend talking to her about them.
