We contacted Hot Spring in Albany and the help in diagnosing the problem and then arranging to collect and repair our spa was faultless. Bea was extreamly helpful and managed the whole issue efficiently and promptly. Hot Springs are not cheap but the value is in the quality of the product and the after sales service, which their competitors just don't match.
