I'm an athlete. Which product would best support my recovery?

A swim spa and sauna combination is the gold standard for training and recovery: swim or aqua-jog against the current for low-impact cardio, then use the sauna to ease muscle soreness and support circulation. If recovery is your only goal, a spa pool with targeted hydromassage jets is a more compact, lower-cost option.

We want a backyard retreat for the whole family. What should we choose?

It depends on how your family relaxes. If it's about winding down together in the evenings, a spa pool seats up to seven and is the easiest to run. If your kids love to swim and you want year-round use, a swim spa gives you play space and fitness in one. For the classic "pool in the backyard" experience with room to entertain, a modular pool is the pick.

I have arthritis. Will hydrotherapy or heat therapy help?

Many owners find warm-water massage eases joint pain and stiffness, and sauna use supports circulation and relaxation. A spa pool with well-placed jets is usually the best starting point. We'd always recommend checking with your GP or physio first.

Which product is best for a small section or backyard?

A spa pool or sauna. Compact spa pools fit spaces as small as about two metres square, and many saunas suit a deck, garage or even indoors. Swim spas need a bit more room, and modular pools suit larger sections.

Can I use these products year-round in New Zealand?

Spa pools, swim spas and saunas are designed for all-season use. Many owners say winter is the best time. Modular pools are typically a summer product unless you add heating.

Do I need building consent or fencing?

Infrared saunas don't require consent. Spa pools, swim spas and pools deeper than 400mm have barrier requirements under the Building Act — a lockable safety cover meets this for most spa pools. Modular pools may need consent depending on your site and council. Your local dealer can advise on exactly what applies to your property.

Can I try before I buy?

Yes. Most of our dealers offer private wet tests, so you can try a spa pool or swim spa, or even test a sauna in-store before deciding. It's the single best way to know a product is right for you. Speak to your local dealer to book in a test.

Do you offer finance?

Yes. Flexible finance options are available through your local dealer, so you can spread the cost of your spa, swim spa, pool or sauna.
