Lee made the ordering process smooth and easy, answering all our questions and keeping us informed along the way. When it came time for installation, Davey was professional, friendly, and did a great job. It's rare to get this level of service anywhere these days, let alone when purchasing remotely. Really impressed — would highly recommend to anyone.

Had a slight leaking issue from spent gaskets, and I didn’t change them as quickly as I should have….spa completely died, and I thought I had let water get in and wreck everything! James explained that was unlikely, and sent me home to do a few tests. Seems it was a faulty power issue from the house…all now fixed and going. Very happy customer and great service from Brendon and James…awesome guys.

Two wonderful men, so professional & dedicated to getting job done, very polite when certain lady customer keeps firing questions at them. I felt very comfortable in the operation of spa prior to them leaving.

James was extremely helpful in response to an issue I had with my spa. He responded promptly and was able to diagnose my issue by reference to photos and advise me how to fix it myself to avoid the need for a call out.

We inherited a hot spring spa pool with our new house and had to get up to speed on spa care fast!

I had an issue with my Spa not working due to be newly connected incorrectly. While an on site attendance was booked immediately Hot Spring ( James) provided advice with detailed instructions that meant this problem could be rectified without a site visit. James was lightening quick with his responses, exceptionally clear and precise with his instructions which led to a great outcome. Top marks to James as the easiest route was booking a site visit and moving on, service at this level is rare these days and if its not obvious I am very very happy thanks Hot Spring and James.

Have had our spa for the past 6 years and it’s been wonderful. Easy to maintain and the saltwater system makes for a comfortable experience. No itchy dry skin after a hot dip in the evening. No need for a shower afterwards.

We have had very good experiences with Hot Springs Spa. We have owned the same Hot Springs sovereign spa for 23 years so that is testament to the quality of their product. Recently we got the spa refurbished and it is like a new spa once again, very impressed. The service team are efficient and reliable and all in all its a very pleasurable experience dealing with Hot Springs especially Beatrix and Leo. You wont regret a Hot Springs spa!

I have wanted to buy a spa pool for my family to enjoy for years now and late last year I finally bought one from Hot Spring Spa's Albany. Verla there has been super helpful and incredibly knowledgeable, answering every possible question I throw at her when I'm uncertain how to maintain my spa. I have recently had cancer and the spa has helped my recovery to no end. I sit in it everyday and my joint pain especially is so much better for it. I can't recommend them highly enough for their wonderful service. My spa pool is my absolute best friend!!!
