Watch & Win Care Upgrade

 1. Promoter

The promoter of this promotion is Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Limited (“Hot Spring”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

 

2. Offer Overview

This promotion provides eligible participants in the T20 Black Clash Watch & Win 2026 draw with a complimentary spa care upgrade when they purchase a qualifying Hot Spring® spa, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

The care upgrade available will depend on the spa collection purchased.

 

3. Eligibility

3.1 Eligible Participants

This promotion is open only to individuals who:

  • Are residents of New Zealand and aged 18 years or over
  • Have entered the T20 Black Clash Watch & Win 2026 draw
  • Purchase a qualifying Hot Spring spa from Hot Spring or an authorised Hot Spring dealer in New Zealand
  • Complete the purchase in accordance with these Terms & Conditions
  • Submit a valid redemption claim in their own name

Claims may not be submitted on behalf of any other person, business, trust, or entity.

3.2 Definition of Purchase

For the purposes of this promotion, a “purchase” means that:

  • Full payment for the qualifying spa has been completed within the promotional period; and
  • The spa has been purchased in a single transaction.

Deposits, lay-bys, split transactions, or partial payments alone do not constitute a completed purchase and are not eligible.

3.3 Excluded Purchases

This promotion does not apply to spas purchased:

  • From non-authorised sellers or private individuals
  • Through auction platforms or online marketplaces
  • Outside New Zealand
  • Outside the promotional period

 

4. Promotional Period

Qualifying spa purchases must be fully paid between 27 January 2026 and 27 April 2026 (inclusive).

Only purchases completed within this period are eligible.

 

5. Care Upgrade Allocation

5.1 Eligible Care Upgrades

Highlife®, Limelight® and Hot Spot® collections:
Eligible participants may receive either:

  • A spa vacuum cleaner; or
  • A set of three (3) salt-water cartridges

 

Freeflow® collection:
Eligible participants will receive:

  • A spa vacuum cleaner only
5.2 Selection and Availability
  • Care upgrade selections must be made at the time of redemption submission.
  • All selections are subject to eligibility verification.
  • Care upgrades are subject to availability.
  • If a selected care upgrade is unavailable, Hot Spring may substitute an equivalent item of equal or greater value.

Hot Spring will not alter a selected care upgrade except where required due to eligibility or availability.

 

6. Redemption Process

To redeem the care upgrade, eligible participants must:

  1. Purchase a qualifying Hot Spring spa within the promotional period
  2. Complete the official redemption form online
  3. Upload a valid tax invoice showing proof of full payment
  4. Provide any additional information reasonably requested by Hot Spring

Each claim will be reviewed and verified prior to fulfilment.

 

7. Fulfilment

  • Approved care upgrades will be dispatched to the delivery address provided in the redemption form.
  • Delivery costs will be covered by Hot Spring.
  • Fulfilment timelines may vary.
  • Care upgrades are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or credit.

Hot Spring is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

 

8. Limitations

  • One care upgrade per eligible spa purchase
  • One redemption per transaction
  • One redemption per household unless otherwise approved by Hot Spring
  • This promotion cannot be combined with other redemption offers unless expressly stated

Hot Spring reserves the right to decline or revoke any claim where eligibility requirements are not met or where misleading, fraudulent, or improper conduct is reasonably suspected.

 

9. Verification and Conduct

Hot Spring reserves the right to:

  • Verify the validity of claims and claimants, including identity, residence, and purchase details
  • Require additional documentation or information
  • Disqualify any claimant who breaches these Terms & Conditions or tampers with the redemption process

Hot Spring’s decisions regarding eligibility and fulfilment are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

No dealer, employee, or agent is authorised to vary or extend this offer.

 

10. Technical Issues

Hot Spring is not responsible for technical malfunctions, system errors, lost, delayed, or misdirected submissions, or any issues arising from internet or network failures.

 

11. Changes and Termination

Hot Spring reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances arise beyond its reasonable control or if the promotion cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated, subject to compliance with applicable New Zealand law.

 

12. Privacy

Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be used to assess eligibility and arrange fulfilment, in accordance with Hot Spring’s Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ).

 

13. Consumer Rights and Liability (New Zealand)

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Except to the extent required by law, Hot Spring is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay arising from participation in this promotion or from the fulfilment of the care upgrade.

Any tax implications arising from the receipt of the care upgrade are the responsibility of the participant.

 

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Participants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
