David Nyika vs Floyd Masson GA Tickets Giveaway

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

1. The social giveaway prize is for double General Admission passes to the Nyika vs Masson Fight valued at NZD $162, courtesy of Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Limited.
2. The Prize: There are five prizes to be won. Each winner drawn will receive double General Admission passes to attend the Nyika vs Masson Fight in Auckland at Eventfinda Stadium valued at NZD $162 on Saturday 8 August 2026, courtesy of Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Limited.
3. Giveaway entry is restricted to New Zealand residents only aged 18 years or older.
4. To be eligible to enter the giveaway, participants must enter via the official Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Facebook or Instagram accounts, identified by the blue verification tick. Hot Spring Spas New Zealand will never ask for credit card or payment details as part of this giveaway. If you receive a message from an unverified or unofficial account claiming to represent Hot Spring Spas New Zealand or any other accounts, please do not engage and report the account directly to Meta.
5. To enter the giveaway, participants must tag a friend in the comments and share why they’d like to take them along. Each valid comment that tags a friend and includes a nomination message will be counted as one entry.
6. Participants may submit multiple entries by tagging different friends. Each unique friend tagged will be counted as a separate entry.
7. Staff, their immediate families and agents of Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Limited and any related companies are not eligible to enter the giveaway.
8. The giveaway will close on Monday, 3 August 2026 at 12:00 PM NZST (Auckland, New Zealand time) and the winners will be drawn at random via a unique number generator.
9. The winners will be announced in the comments of the giveaway post on Monday, 3 August 2026 and asked to send a direct message to the official Hot Spring New Zealand Meta account to claim their prize.
10. If reasonable efforts to contact a winner within 2 business days are unsuccessful, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.
11. Prize winners will be published on the Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Limited Meta pages and elsewhere at the discretion of Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Limited.
12. The promoter is Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Limited.
13. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash under any circumstances.
15. If for any reason the prize becomes unavailable, the promoter may substitute it with an alternative prize of equal or greater value without notice.
16. The promoter may change, extend, amend or cancel the giveaway and its terms at any time at their sole discretion.
17. The information provided to enter the giveaway will be held by Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Limited and used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway.
18. You have the right to access and request correction of your personal information.
19. The promoter shall not be liable for any costs, expenses, loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising out of or in connection with the giveaway, the acceptance or use of the prize or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the promoter or any of its associated agencies, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
20. By claiming the prize, the winner consents to Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Limited using their name and/or photograph for publicity purposes, including via its social media channels.
21. The promoter assumes no responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues or internet malfunction.
22. All giveaway entries become the property of Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Limited.
23. Incomprehensible or incomplete entries or any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions, will be deemed invalid.
24. Where goods or services are supplied by third parties, the promoter does not warrant the quality or suitability of those goods or services for your circumstances.
25. The double General Admission passes to the Nyika vs Masson Fight, valued at NZD $162, will be dispatched within one business day of the winner claiming their prize and providing a valid New Zealand delivery address. Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Limited accepts no responsibility for prizes that are lost, delayed, damaged or misdirected in transit once they have been dispatched by courier.
26. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta.
