WHAT’S YOUR ZONE - GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The giveaway prize is for a Pamper Pack from The Gift Box Boutique valued at $115, courtesy of Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Limited.
2. The Prize: There are two prizes to be won, with each winner receiving a Pamper Pack from The Gift Box Boutique valued at $115, courtesy of Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Limited.
3. Giveaway entry is restricted to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older.
4. To be eligible to enter the giveaway, all participants must enter via Facebook, Instagram or the official website link.
5. To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the online ‘What Zone Are You?’ quiz and provide consent to be contacted by Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Limited by opting in at the end of the quiz. Only submissions from participants who provide explicit consent will be eligible for entry.
6. Only one entry per person will be counted.
7. Staff, their immediate families and agents of Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Limited and any related companies are not eligible to enter the giveaway.
8. The giveaway will close on Sunday, 15 June 2025 at 6:00 PM NZST (New Zealand Standard Time) and the winners will be drawn at random via a unique number generator.
9. The winners will be notified by email and phone.
10. If reasonable efforts to contact a winner within 5 business days are unsuccessful, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.
11. Prize winners will be published on the Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Limited Facebook and Instagram pages and elsewhere at the discretion of Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Limited.
12. The promoter is Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Limited.
13. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash under any circumstances.
15. If for any reason the prize becomes unavailable, the promoter may substitute it with an alternative prize of equal or greater value without notice.
16. The promoter may change, extend, amend or cancel the giveaway and its terms at any time at their sole discretion.
17. The information provided to enter the giveaway will be held by Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Limited and used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway.
18. You have the right to access and request correction of your personal information.
19. The promoter shall not be liable for any costs, expenses, loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising out of or in connection with the giveaway, the acceptance or use of the prize, or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the promoter or any of its associated agencies, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
20. By claiming the prize, the winner consents to Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Limited using their name and/or photograph for publicity purposes, including via its social media channels.
21. The promoter assumes no responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues or internet malfunction.
22. Entries are deemed to have been received at the time they are recorded in the giveaway database, not when they are sent by the entrant.
23. All entries become the property of Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Limited.
24. Incomprehensible or incomplete entries or any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions, will be deemed invalid.
25. Where goods or services are supplied by third parties, the promoter does not warrant the quality or suitability of those goods or services for your circumstances.
26. The Pamper Pack valued at $115 each will be ordered and shipped within New Zealand by 29 June 2025.
