Essential items are products we sell that the government has classified as 'essential' to the wellbeing of our customers and their families in New Zealand during COVID-19 Alert Level 4.

I purchased a spa pool prior to lockdown when will it be delivered?

Under Alert Level 2, we will be able to extend our contactless delivery and service work to our customers throughout all of New Zealand.

If you’ve recently purchased a spa pool from Hot Spring Spas retail stores prior to lockdown our Customer Service teams will make contact with you to start booking in spa pool delivery and service technicians. I want to buy a spa but don't want to come into a showroom, how do I buy one?

Great, you're in the right place! There a couple of ways to shop smart and safe. You can either speak with one of our Hot Spring Sales Professionals online using LiveChat box from 8am to 10pm Monday to Sunday. What will happen to my spa service book that I have already made?

If you made a spa service booking prior to lockdown, our Hot Spring services team would have made contact with you to reschedule. Alternatively, if you've not received an update then please contact our Services Team on 0800 468 777.

How do I buy my spa pool chemicals and filters online?

Yes. While our showrooms remain closed during Level 3 the ongoing maintenance and water quality of your spa pool or swim spa is paramount to our customers health and safety. You can order your essential spa pool products online and have these deliver straight to your home by purchasing from our online store: 

How do I buy spare parts for my spa?

Our phone lines are exceptionally busy at present and we do apologise if you're unable to get through straight away.

Therefore we're encouraging our customers to contact our service team directly at with their spa serial number and spa part needed i.e. jet pump, circulation pump, etc. They typical reply within the same day of receiving. 

I need a service for my spa pool, how do I book one?

As of Thursday, 18 May our Hot Spring service team will be able to travel within regions, therefore able to service wider areas outside of Auckland and throughout New Zealand.

Can I order my spa pool chemicals over the phone?

If you're unable to order online or visit your nearest Hot Spring Dealership, we'd love to help you place a secured phone order.

Can I Click and Collect my spa pool parts?

Currently Click and Collect service is only available on spa pools. However if you require spa pool specific spa parts it is best to contact your local Hot Spring dealership. To find your closest Hot Spring store near you

Are your spa deliveries contactless?

Yes, we have put in extra precautions to ensure our spa deliveries remain contactless to keep our customers and delivery team safe. Before your spa delivery, the delivery team will coordinate with you directly to ensure there's always a 2-metre distance between you and them.
